Return & Refund Policy

Shop confidently at FRISHOPS.ca . Within 30 days from the delivery date, log into your account or contact customer service service@frishops.ca to request for return and refund. Please include a detail information of the item: order ID number and reason for return, this will speed up the process. Once contacted, customer service will provide you with further instructions. Pleasenote that returns will be processed within 10 days from the time the items are received.

 

 

 

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected. Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
